# vAPI Network

> vAPI Network is building the trusted onchain task market where agents and humans do business. Every task verified, paid in USDC.

vAPI Network is building an onchain task market for agents and humans. Call lets agents discover APIs and pay per request with x402 and USDC. Call is live. Tasks, Router, Stake and Agents are coming soon. The network token is vAPI.

## Product status

- Tasks: coming soon.
- Call: live.
- vAPI Router: OpenAI-compatible inference for stakers, coming soon.
- Stake: static coming-soon page.
- Genesis Egg: applications closed; the campaign pages are behind the launch guard.

## Payments and fees

- Payment asset: USDC.
- Each paid request carries one exact USDC authorization for the provider's live quote.
- 5% network fee on self-listed APIs, nothing on indexed listings.

## Provider publishing

- Provider publishing and paid Call controls are live in the console.

## Token status

- The vAPI token is on Base with a fixed supply of 100,000,000 and no mint function.
- Stake and governance controls are not active.
- The token contract has no owner or admin keys. Task escrow contracts hold the funds; vAPI never holds them. Security audit completed by Hacken.
